The illegal septic system needs to be removed, and the shed needs to be moved back a minimum of 5 metres behind the real property line. Boundaries must be restored and the land and shoreline restored to it's original pristine condition. A study has been prepared.
A study of the area indicates that rock had also been moved in by Petter Klemsdal's father in order to bring in the building supplies for building the original cottage. Several witnesses have testified that this was a beach alongside the pier when they were children, and additional written supporting evidence confirms the witness testimony.
The ancient rock pier has great historical significance, possibly to the ancient graves found on the property and ancient Viking markers on neighboring properties.
I made several phone calls to Petter Klemsdal to discuss these serious matters and to try and seek some resolution while I was in Norway in March of 2007, but Petter Klemsdal never returned a single phone call.
