In 2006 it was discovered that Skogsoy neighbor Petter Klemsdal was illegally installing a septic system on the water's edge, and illegally changing our shoreline and our beach. An operator Per A. Olsen, who according to Lill Tony Ramvik Larsen is known for shady and illegal practices was hired by Petter Klemsdal to change my familiy's and my pristine shoreline and fill in our pristine beach. Furthermore, it has been documented that Petter Klemsdal has illegally cleared trees to enhance his view, and moved the property boundary way over on to my land to accomodate an illegal septic system on his land and create a lawn, and a storage shed was illegally moved onto the boundary and into my family and my land, all without my knowledge, permission, neighbor warnings or agreement.
This goes beyond tresspass to theft!
When confronted in 2006, Petter Klemsdal declared that he would like a rolling lawn from his yard across my family's beach down to the water, where he and his friends could sit around and build fires. Petter Klemsdal thereafter proceeded to changing the boundary, beach, and shoreline and started planting a lawn and landscaping on my family's and my beach!
The illegal septic system needs to be removed, and the shed needs to be moved back a minimum of 5 metres behind the real property line. Boundaries must be restored and the land and shoreline restored to it's original pristine condition. A study has been prepared.
A study of the area indicates that rock had also been moved in by Petter Klemsdal's father in order to bring in the building supplies for building the original cottage. Several witnesses have testified that this was a beach alongside the pier when they were children, and additional written supporting evidence confirms the witness testimony.
The ancient rock pier has great historical significance, possibly to the ancient graves found on the property and ancient Viking markers on neighboring properties.
I made several phone calls to Petter Klemsdal to discuss these serious matters and to try and seek some resolution while I was in Norway in March of 2007, but Petter Klemsdal never returned a single phone call.
