From the Norway estate appraisal conducted by Sven Tallaksen, through Paul Rynning A/S of all land holdings conducted on 9-11-01, it is plain to see that the shoreline and water between Magne Johannasen's boathouse to the north and Kaare Eigebrekk's boathouse to the south belongs to the estate of Ole A. Pedersen. This is confirmed by many other maps of the area.
All the shoreline viewed in this photograph belongs to the estate of Ole A. Pedersen. Another upper pipe marker is plainly visible in this photograph.
The pipes appear to mark the width of what a new 9 m. wide boathouse would be.
After my visit to Norway in 2001, the two boundary pipes markers our land and shoreline between our Skogsoy boathouse site and Kaare Eigebrekk's boathouse were broken and removed.
By my trip in early 2003 the boundary pipes had been broken and removed. Kaare Eigebrekk has been stealing more and more of Pedersen Estate boathouse land, shoreline, and waterfront site on Skogsoy ever since.
It is highly illegal to break the pipe markers in Norway, although it seem the folks around Skogsoy, Norway do it without impunity, like it is a local joke. In Norway people and trolls can do stuff like that and get away with it.
Everyone in the community knows about it... and laugh as they go by... as if trolls did it. Very few Norwegian's believe in God, His Commandments, or morals... The majority of Norwegian's belief system lies in angels and trolls
Deuteronomy 5:21 "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife. You shall not set your desire on your neighbor's house or land, his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."
All the shore and waterfront between Magne Johannasens boathouse on the right to Kaare Eigebrekk's boathouse on the left belongs to the estate of Ole A. Pedersen.
The boathouse site plan that was approved by Mandal Kommune in 2002 for us to build a double wide boathouse was approval for a boathouse 9 m. wide... the same width as Magne Johannasen's double boathouse on the other side of our Skogsoy boathouse site.
In a picture taken in 2007 I have Photoshopped a copy of Magne Johannasen's 9 m. wide boathouse over our boathouse and it is very clear to see how much of our land and boathouse site that Kaare Eigebrekk has taken for himself and actually built himself a boat dock on our waterfront and boat house site.
Maybe he is being a good neighbor and starting our new boathouse foundation for us... however he has never consulted the Estate of Ole Pedersen about it, never gotten my approval and has put our new boathouse foundation too far over onto our land.
By utilizing our shoreline, boathouse site and land to moor his boat, Kaare Eigebrekk can thereby free up his boathouse to rent out to tourists for money.
Kaare Eigebrekk needs to remove the rock foundations and do it according to the boathouse plan that Mandal Kommune approved. And he needs to remove the side and front boat cleats he put on our shoreline land. Kaare Eigebrekk needs to pay rent for mooring his boat on our shore.
I have never received a neighbors warning from Kaare Eigebrekk, Mandal Kommune, nor Lill Tony Ramvik Larsen that Kaare Eigebrekk was changing our/my shoreline. Yet Lill Tony Ramvik Larsen is partners with Kaare Eigebrekk again in the committee overseeing Pedersen Estate land development on Lillestemmen without my agreement or approval. I protest this as an heir and as the Personal Representative of my father Ole A. Pedersen's estate.
There were two pipes marking the boundary on the shore. One boundary pipe was at water level similar to the boundary pipe marking the shore between Petter Klemsdal and our/my land at the beach/pier/homestead shore on Skogsoy. I have marked the location of where the boundary marker pipes on our shoreline were with red arrows in this photo I took in 2003.
You can see that Kaare Eigebrekk has already filled in Ole A. Pedersen shoreline with stones and built up the bank and shoreline to his boathouse on his side. If this distance is more than 9 meters, then I dispute that our boathouse #2 site is only 9 meters wide. I believe that the boathouse site is as marked on the appraisal and as on the plan approved by Mandal Kommune.
So now in 2007 Kaare Eigebrekk has built himself a very nice concrete boat dock on our shoreline and water at the boathouse site right under our noses, and everybody in the community laughs at us whenever they see it... He has taken our shoreline from his boathouse to Ole A. Pedersen estate's boathouse.
And Lill Tony Ramvik Larsen mocks us with her clever fraud and deception as our property manager by claiming that Kaare Eigebrekk also claims he owns a foot wide strip between our boathouse site and shoreline and the road, and Kaare will not let us cross his so-called footwide strip to rebuild our boathouse so that we will have to bring in any building materials, equipment, and supplies from the water only. Ha ha ha. Screw you once shame on me, screw you twice shame on you.
I have been to Mandal Kommune, and the Mandal Police about this deception and fraud and reported it and they just point fingers at each other. Is Norway so corrupt that if a majority agrees to screw, steal, and deceive somebody that it is okay to get away with it?
