All the nature, natural vegetation, and trees have been destroyed.   The buyers in Smabakkan, along with Eivind Eigebrekk doing all the grading and road work under the supervision of Lill Tony Ramvik have disrespected the Smabakkan Plan to keep the land beautiful, natural, and keep the trees intact.  

This has been done without my knowledge, agreement, or authority and against my knowledge, protests, and authority.

    This cottage site has been cleared and leveled like a parking lot, with a power pole in the building area.   We reimbursed Lill Tony for taking the day off to ensure that placement of electrical poles and lines did not interfer with any of the cottage sites.   This site's trees, nature, and natural beauty has been destroyed and is unbuildable with the power pole in it.

    Looking across to Helge Nilsen's land, a roadway is being cleared and access developed through to Smabakkan from Helge Nilsen's land.

The ravine and wetlands have been filled in, and all trees and natural vegetation have been destroyed.

 Another road is being cleared and punched in across my private land from Helge Nilsen's land into Smabakkan, destroying the trees and natural habitat.  I protest it, did not and do not approve.   (Gorgeous views overlooking the islands out to the North Sea.)
