A new roadway into Smabakkan was made at the property boundary between our land and Sverre Pedersen's land.   The new roadway is supposedly to be for the new septic line from Smabakkan.  The agreement we had with Sverre Pedersen was to have the septic lines follow the road to cross the roadway where we had the bridge put in on Sverre Pedersen's land.

The new roadway taken from our land in Smabakkan is big enough for a cottage site.   I did not, have not and do not agree to this new roadway being made.   This new roadway and clearing and loss of a potential cottage site, plus the loss to natural habitat had been done without my knowledge, agreement, or approval.

I have not and was not notified, and the sale of any land along the highway has been done without my knowledge or approval.   I did not, have not and do not agree to the new roadway along the highway being made, or the destruction of my land.

I fully disagree and protest the taking, destruction, and theft of this land.

Building and installing a septic service on my land has to be negotiated with and approved by me. I have not been consulted, I have not agreed to the use of this land and I protest what is going on.

This septic line along the highway and the septic system is to serve the entire community now and in the future when the city of Mandal connects to it. The infrastructure for the growth in the community needs to be coordinated in this effort.

The contract with the bus company has expired, and a new contract with new rental rates for the bus stop on my land need to be negotiated and the bus stop needs to be placed in the contracted and agreed upon place across the street. It is time to call in the contracts with the power company to move the power lines off of the buildable housing land on Oygarden to along the roadside, and for hookup and expanded service for the development to the region. The land taken and destroyed without my agreement is prime waterfront real estate that an application for housing has been submitted, whereas there is more than adeqate land on the other side on the road for this infrastructure.
